A beautiful hotel in all respects. Fabulous large room with a beautiful bathroom in marble. We had a large balcony with great views and could look at Vesuvius from our huge comfortable bed. Lovely bed linen and towels and gorgeous-smelling gel, shampoo etc. Complimentary water and a box of little Italian pastries. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. The 7th floor roof terrace is stunning with views over the port to Vesuvius and round towards the Yacht Club. Stunning interiors with beautiful art, furniture and chandeliers - white tablecloths and elegant proper 'heavy' cutlery were appreciated. Very good breakfast. It was all very relaxing after the walking about in Naples! A really glamorous hotel in the old style. We loved our stay, it was a real treat.

The suite (312) was extremely comfortable, the view wonderful and the general hub bub outside really added to the experience; and yet surprisingly quiet when we slept. It’s close to many restaurants most of which we enjoyed. It’s own restaurant The Terrace was OK with great view but lacked something; the staff seemed disinterested. It’s close enough to the tourist sites and station to walk, particularly if the taxis are on strike again; and the hop on hop off bus orientates you well. The Reception staff were professional, friendly and solved every request we had of them. Our parting discussion was it was a super hotel to just come and relax in. A functioning bar would have added to it.

It was fabulous and the reception staff were an absolute delight , professional, friendly and polite , a young girl in particular whom we have mislaid her name was terrific in every aspect of her role . Reception staff were immaculately dressed and were eager to help plan and give information to any questions we had . The staff at breakfast were attentive and always smiling 5* all around . We have stayed in all the front hotels on the promenade and we would certainly come back again . Thank you for the attention to detail from arrival to vacating was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at The Eurostars in Naples .

Location amazing and view from room from terrace was memorable! Spacious room with Old World typical decor and very authentic. Unfortunately, rain prevented time to enjoy the Garden Terrace on level 7. Must be breathtaking on a perfect day! We did enjoy a complimentary drink in Veranda Restaurant . Bar on main level closed for a private Wedding Event, but easily accommodated at Bar on level 7. Perfect location for last night in Naples before departure for US and Concierge ready at 5 am to order taxi for swift and easy transport to Naples Airport.

This was my fourth time staying at the hotel . The stand out for me, is the staff and especially Alessandro who works in the restaurant bar he never forgets my name , he remembers what I drink , that doesn’t happen often, and it makes me feel like I’m an old friend coming home . He went out of his way to make me feel special. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it being a solo traveler. I also felt like I was seeing a friend again. Well done Alessandro. ❤️
